5.Data accessed through platform APIsPlatform API'leri üzerinden erişilen veriler

To publish to and operate the Project MHMTZKN accounts, our software authenticates to platform APIs using credentials for accounts that we own. Aggregate metrics for our own posts — such as views, likes, comment counts, reach, shares and saves — are collected at regular intervals where the platform provides them. They are stored per post, platform and date; individual viewer profiles are not created. We do not request permissions we do not need, and we do not use platform data for any purpose other than operating our own accounts. 6.Meta Platform dataMeta Platform verileri

Our software uses the official Instagram API to publish content to the Instagram accounts belonging to Project MHMTZKN, listed in section 1, and to read aggregate statistics for our own posts. We do not access the friend lists, private messages, photos or profile data of other users. 7.Website hosting and logsWeb sitesi barındırma ve kayıtlar

This site is a set of static pages delivered by Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes technical request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — for delivery, caching and protection against attacks. This is handled by Cloudflare as a processor under its own privacy policy. We do not run our own analytics on top of it, and we do not receive a visitor-level report.Bu site, Cloudflare tarafından sunulan statik sayfalardan oluşur. 8.Management portalYönetim portalı

The automation is operated through a separate management portal. It is not open to the public: only the authorised operator can sign in, and it uses a session cookie to keep that sign-in active. It holds the content being prepared, the settings of the automation and the data described in this policy; it holds no visitor or follower accounts.Otomasyon ayrı bir yönetim portalı üzerinden işletilir. 10.Legal basis for processingİşlemenin hukuki sebebi

Where the KVKK applies, processing rests on Article 5/2(f) — legitimate interests of the controller, provided the fundamental rights of the data subject are not harmed — and, for correspondence you initiate, on Article 5/2(c) and (e). 11.RetentionSaklama süresi

Data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for:Veriler yalnızca toplandıkları amaç için gerekli olduğu süre boyunca saklanır:

• access tokens are deleted when a connection is removed, revoked or expires;erişim jetonları, bağlantı kaldırıldığında, iptal edildiğinde veya süresi dolduğunda silinir;

Send any request to . We aim to reply within a few days, and within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) at kvkk.gov.tr.Taleplerinizi adresine iletebilirsiniz. 13.ChildrenÇocuklar

This project's content is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Social media platforms apply their own minimum age requirements. If you believe a child's data has reached us, write to us and it will be deleted.Bu projenin içeriği 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek veri toplamayız. 14.International transfersYurt dışına aktarım

The platforms and hosting provider named above operate globally, so technical data may be processed on servers outside Türkiye and outside the EU. Those transfers take place under the providers' own safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. We do not ourselves transfer personal data abroad beyond this.Yukarıda adı geçen platformlar ve barındırma sağlayıcısı küresel ölçekte çalıştığından, teknik veriler Türkiye ve AB dışındaki sunucularda işlenebilir. Bu aktarımlar, uygun olduğu hallerde standart sözleşme hükümleri dahil olmak üzere sağlayıcıların kendi güvenceleri kapsamında gerçekleşir. Bunun ötesinde tarafımızca yurt dışına kişisel veri aktarımı yapılmaz.

15.SecurityGüvenlik

The site is served over HTTPS. API credentials are stored on a server with access restricted to the authorised operator, are excluded from version control, are limited to the minimum scope required, and are replaced when a service is retired or a compromise is suspected. Backups of the automation data are kept under the same access restriction.Site HTTPS üzerinden sunulur. This public website does not set cookies of its own and runs no tracking or advertising scripts. Your language choice is kept in your browser's local storage on your own device; it never leaves your device and is not readable by us. Clearing your browser data removes it.Bu herkese açık web sitesi kendi çerezini yerleştirmez; izleme veya reklam betiği çalıştırmaz.
